BRUNCH SPOT #3: BY CHLOE.

I'd been hearing about this v trendy, instagrammable vegan restaurant in downtown manhattan for a few months before a gf of mine & I made it there for lunch. by CHLOE. in manhattan quickly became a go-to spot and I fell for the hype just like everyone elsefortunately though, it's worth it.

the food is actually so good. I'm not personally vegan & neither is my friend, vegetarian though, and that was irrelevant that day. the flavors were rich but the meal was so light & for me, there's nothing I love more in a meal than that. especially since sweets by CHLOE. is right next door...

they do sell alcohol, btw! I casually drank rosé with my black bean burger that I dipped in beet ketchup. (yup, beet ketchup. wasn't a huge fan, tbh...but definitely worth a try.)

  4. I am personally not vegan either but I love vegan food. I actually am on a doctor order diet right now that is no gluten, dairy or sugar so vegan food is great for me right now. I would love to try this place.
