#LOVINGLATELY: CARE/OF VITAMINS

I told myself that 2017 was the year I'd get serious about being my healthiest self. not in a 'I need to lose 10lbs and fit into a size 2 again' type of way, but in a 'I'm entering my late 20s & want to take proper care of my body' type of way.

the first thing I wanted to amp up was my vitamin intake because tbh, until now, I'd never even taken them. (many apologies to my parents for flushing all those chewable vitamins down the toilet when I was younger, & for not listening all the times you told me to buy a multi.) whenever I started researching vitamins and supplements, I'd just get overwhelmed, so when I came across care/of, I knew I needed to try what they have to offer.

think birchbox or rocksbox for vitamins.
you take a personal health & lifestyle quiz and they customize your vitamin routine for you.

each month, they send you a the following month's worth of pre-packaged vitamins. you can choose to buy all the ones they recommend, or you can just get a few. here's a quick breakdown of what I got:

+ rhodiolaan adaptogenic herb that helps the body adapt to stress in a healthy way.
+ calcium pluscalcium plus fermented vitamins D & K.
+ astaxanthinstellar antioxidant that supports heart health.
+ fish oilincludes all eight essential fatty acids to help your heart, eyes, joints & brain.

once the month is over, I'll be sure to follow up on my new vitamin-packed lifestyle and let you know if it's worth it or not...I can't imagine it won't be. x

✩ the vitamins ft. here were gifted to me by care/of. all opinions are true & more importantly, my own. contact me & see past collabs here.
